01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the cxsuper platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and cxsuper. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the cxsuper platform. Continued use of cxsuper after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To open and use a cxsuper account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one cxsuper account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. cxsuper uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering on cxsuper, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

• Accounts must be registered in your own name — you cannot register on behalf of another person.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cxsuper are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cxsuper supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No foreign currency conversion is applied at any point.

The minimum deposit on cxsuper is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, cxsuper reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds. In such cases, cxsuper will contact you via the details registered on your account.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

cxsuper offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳50,000 for new members on their first deposit. This bonus is credited automatically and does not require a promo code. Additional promotions may be offered from time to time and will be subject to their own specific terms.

All bonuses on cxsuper are subject to wagering requirements. This means that bonus funds — and any winnings generated from bonus funds — must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• cxsuper reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days if wagering requirements are not met within that period.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on cxsuper — including Color Prediction, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, Ocean Lord, Dragon Master, Phoenix Rises, and Darts — operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited on a regular basis to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random and that no game is biased in favour of cxsuper or any player.

Each game on cxsuper has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. cxsuper is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.

• cxsuper's system logs are the definitive record of all game outcomes. In any dispute, the cxsuper server record takes precedence over any screenshot or player claim.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cxsuper and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

08 Account Suspension & Closure

cxsuper reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if cxsuper reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any prohibited conduct.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at cxsuper's discretion. cxsuper will provide a written explanation of the closure upon request where permitted by applicable law.

• Account closures requested by the player will be processed within 24 hours.
• Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally, provided no breach of terms is involved.
